And I'm already pissed off about it!! Vicky was sick and couldn't make it in last night so there were only 2 of us to close last night 'cause nobody could make it in. I know close wasn't great but like I said there were only two of us and it took us 2 hours to close. I did all the dishes and Amber filled and put away the case, swept, mopped and collected trash. I got a text today before I even made it work, (which I'm not at yet I don't start till 3) Vicky is still sick which I know she didn't do on purpose and I'm okay with that. I immediately called the store to let them know and see who I could find to cover her shifts tonight and tomorrow night. When I called the store I asked how close was, like I said I know it wasn't great but I did leave a heads up note saying that there was only 2 of us and that we were out of a few things. What was I supposed to do we got busy and there were only 2 of us even with 3 of us it would've sucked royally. Ugh!! FML!! Gosh I can't wait to start my new job and not have to put up with this shit!! It's not like a half assed last night either. We closed at 8 and we didn't get out of there till 10. 2 hours of work just to close is not half assing it!!
I give up damn the close 'could've been way worse. I think we left the soups out and I'm not sure if we missed anything else. If we did I bet it was nit picky stuff that's not a huge issue. I think I forgot water in the kettles too which isn't a big issue, but kinda sucks.
